Wills at Home is based in West Yelland, near Barnstaple in the tranquillity and beauty of rural North Devon and is run by Alan Williams who has always lived and worked in North and West Devon. He first became involved in Will-writing on a part-time basis in 2002 while working in financial services and this became full-time in 2008.

Wills are created using the Legacy Software System which has over 6,000 professional subscribers in the UK (including solicitors) and the system is now owned by Countrywide Solicitors. For Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate applications, the necessary documents are sourced from the relevant organisations.

The client base covers Bude, Holsworthy, Launceston,Tavistock, Okehampton, Hatherleigh, Crediton, Torrington, South Molton, Braunton, Barnstaple, Bideford and all village and rural areas within.

Appointments are held in clients’ homes or business premises or remotely if required.
